Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport

Upon landing at Kilimanjaro International Airport, our guide will escort you to your hotel, allowing you to unwind and adjust to the African surroundings. An acclimatization day is suggested for the following day, ensuring you’re ready to embark on your climb.

Day 2: Acclimatization and Hotel Stay

Spend the day at the hotel, acclimatizing to the altitude and preparing for your ascent. We offer a range of hotels, tailoring your stay to your preferences, with options spanning various price ranges.

Day 3: Starting Point to Shira 2 Camp

Your guide will take you to the starting point, where you begin your drive to Kilimanjaro National Park. Enjoy the lush tropical rainforest during the 4-hour drive. The hike to Shira 2 Camp introduces you to the altitude, offering serene meadows and beautiful views of the Shira plateau.

Day 4: Shira 2 Camp to Barranco Camp via Lava Tower

The Lemosho route converges with the Machame route as you head to Lava Tower. Ascend and descend through breathtaking landscapes, acclimatizing at Lava Tower. Continue to Barranco Camp, situated at the base of the impressive Barranco Wall.

Day 5: Barranco Camp to Karanga Camp

Embark on the renowned Barranco Wall climb, offering panoramic views of Kibo and Mount Meru. Reach Karanga Camp for lunch and enjoy an acclimatization hike toward Barafu Camp before descending to Karanga.

Day 6: Karanga Camp to Barafu Camp

Journey to Barafu Camp, your starting point for the Uhuru Peak ascent. Relax upon arrival, then acclimatize with an ascent to Kosovo Summit Camp (4800m).

Day 7: Explore and Departure

Take a leisurely day to explore or relax. Extend your journey with a safari, or consider unwinding on Zanzibar Island or other exotic beach destinations. For those heading home, you will depart today or on the next day, arriving back at Kilimanjaro Airport.
